These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, and use of simulator bays and services offered by AK Golf Studio (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking online or using our facility, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking Policy

1.1 Online Booking Requirement
All simulator sessions must be booked in advance through our website’s online booking system.

1.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate contact information when booking. AK Golf Studio is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information.

1.3 Booking Duration
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your reserved time.

1.4 Group Size
Each simulator bay has a maximum occupancy (typically 4 players for open bays and 4 to 6 players for private bays unless otherwise specified). Exceeding capacity may result in refusal of entry.

2. Payment & Fees

2.1 Payment at Time of Booking
All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation unless otherwise arranged.

2.2 Taxes
All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

2.3 Price Changes
Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the rate paid.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

3.1 Cancellation Window
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or credit.

3.2 Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours—or failure to attend—are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.

3.3 Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session more than 24 hours before your booking time, subject to availability.

3.4 AK Golf Studio Cancellations
In rare cases of equipment failure or operational issues, AK Golf Studio may cancel or reschedule your session. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund or credit.

4. Use of Facility & Equipment

4.1 General Conduct
You agree to use the facility responsibly, follow staff instructions, and comply with AK Golf Studio’s Safety, Etiquette & Code of Conduct.

4.2 Proper Golf Attire & Footwear
Clean golf shoes or running shoes are required. Soft spikes only.

4.3 Damage to Equipment or Facility
You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional actions. Repair and replacement costs may be charged.

4.4 Alcohol & Substances
No intoxication, drugs, or unsafe behaviour is allowed. Anyone deemed unsafe may be asked to leave without refund.

5. Lessons & Coaching Sessions

5.1 Professional Instruction
Lessons booked with AK Golf Studio instructors are subject to instructor availability.

5.2 Lesson Cancellation Policy
Lessons follow the same 24-hour cancellation policy as simulator bookings unless otherwise specified by the instructor.

6. Safety & Liability

6.1 Assumption of Risk
Golf involves physical movement and swinging clubs. By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to use the facility at your own risk.

6.2 Personal Injury
AK Golf Studio is not liable for injuries resulting from improper swing technique, inattention, or failure to follow safety instructions.

6.3 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

7. Facility Rules

7.1 Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session. Your booking ends exactly at the scheduled time.

7.2 Cleaning & Tidiness
Please keep the bay clean, dispose of trash, and leave the space as you found it.

7.3 Unauthorized Coaching or Filming
Outside coaching for compensation is not allowed unless approved. Filming is permitted for personal use only.

8. Privacy & Data

8.1 Personal Information
We collect booking information such as your name, email, and phone number solely to manage reservations and communications.

8.2 Trackman Data
Any performance data from Trackman sessions belongs to the user but may be stored on Trackman’s servers according to their privacy policies.

8.3 Marketing Communication
By booking, you may receive studio updates. You may unsubscribe at any time.

9. Gift Certificates, Packages & Promotions

9.1 Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and may be used toward bookings and services.

9.2 Packages / Memberships
Packages may have specific expiration dates and terms, which will be listed upon purchase.

9.3 Promotions
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless stated.

10. Right to Refuse Service

AK Golf Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates facility rules, behaves unsafely, or disrupts others’ enjoyment.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

12. Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

12.1 Assumption of Risk
By booking and using AK Golf Studio’s facility, equipment, or services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in golf-related activities, including but not limited to swinging golf clubs, ball strikes, slips, trips, falls, equipment malfunction, and any other activity within the facility.

12.2 Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge AK Golf Studio, its owners, staff, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to your use of the facility or participation in any golf activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

12.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AK Golf Studio from any claims, demands, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your actions, negligence, misuse of equipment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12.4 Medical Conditions
You acknowledge that participating in golf activities involves physical exertion. You are solely responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate and agree that AK Golf Studio is not responsible for any medical issues, injuries, or complications arising during or after your session.

12.5 Minors
Parents or legal guardians booking on behalf of minors accept full responsibility for the minor’s safety and behaviour and agree to the liability terms on the minor’s behalf.

12.6 Property Damage
AK Golf Studio is not liable for damage to personal property, including clothing, electronics, golf equipment, or other belongings brought onto the premises.
